How long does a typical session take?
Most sessions run 1–2 hours. Simple fixes can be done in 30 minutes; full computer setups or complex issues may take a bit longer. We'll give you an estimate upfront.
What if the problem comes back after you fix it?
We stand behind our work. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we'll come back and sort it out at no extra charge.
